Earlier this week an email was sent with the annual Youth Truth Survey link. This feedback is vital as we not only continue this school year, but also plan ahead for funding programs for next school year. Please take about 15 minutes to complete this survey at http://ytsurvey.org/djusdfamily25.
Have you scheduled your parent-teacher conference yet? This is the time to meet with your child’s teacher and check on their progress so far this year. If you have not scheduled your meeting yet, please reach out to your child’s teacher ASAP to get on the calendar.

Jog-A-Thon Fundraiser is November 5th!
- Every student gets to participate in this fun event during the school day on 11/5.
- Fun Incentives: all participants get a goody bag and are entered for raffle prizes. Students raising $100+ earn a Korematsu sticker, $250+ earn a Cody Coyote Plush. For each grade level, one class will win a Hot Chocolate & Donut Party for having the highest total donations.

As we enter into a new month, we will be highlighting some new learning for our Speak Up series. This month, we will be celebrating Native American Heritage Month.
