Weekly Howler: Week of November 10, 2025

Campus Updates & Reminders:

Have you completed your family Youth Truth survey yet? We only have 16% of families that have responded so far. Your voice is important. Let us know what is working for you and what you would like to see improve at Korematsu. This data is reviewed by the District, School Board, Principal, and parent committees at Korematsu while we begin making plans for the future. Take your survey today at ytsurvey.org/djusdfamily25.

Conference Week is quickly approaching. Please make sure that you have a pick-up plan ready for your child as we will be operating on a modified schedule.

  • Lunch will be available for all Kindergarten - 6th graders from 12:10-12:30; all students not enrolled in an after school program must be picked up by 12:30
  • SPARK and Catalyst students will be escorted to their programs after their lunch periods

PTO Message:

Thank you to all of the volunteers who made our Jog-a-thon a success and shifted your schedules to help when we were rained out! You have until next Wednesday to fundraise and collect donations. Pledge your support today: donate!
