Campus Updates & Reminders:
Welcome back to the unofficial second half of the school year! We hope that you had a relaxing two weeks with your students and we are excited to start up our learning again!
We anticipate more wet weather ahead over the next week. Please make sure that your students are dressed for the elements. While we spend our recess times indoors during the rain, our students often navigate the campus throughout the day. It’s also a great idea to pack a back up pair of clothes (especially socks!) in case your student finds themself in a soggy situation.
PTO Message:
The annual Missoula Theater production is coming up! If your child is interested in sharing a moment in the spotlight, this is their chance for this year’s show, Hercules! We can’t do this without you! Sign up for volunteer slots to support the show: https://korematsupto.org/volunteer/
Social Justice Corner:
This month is all about honoring our school’s namesake, Fred T. Korematsu! At the end of the month, we will have our annual Fred T. Korematsu Day, celebrating the life, legacy, and impact not only on our community but on our nation. Keep an eye out for more about Mr. Korematsu in the coming weeks.
