Campus Updates & Reminders:
In the next few weeks, we will be running through our safety drills with students. While we will be having age appropriate conversations with our students about the importance of these drills, it also might be a great opportunity for you to have a chat with your child about school safety. These drills are not meant to be traumatizing and our goal is to emphasize preparedness. Nonetheless, this will surely bring questions from our students.
Speaking of safety, speed in the traffic loop has become a concern for staff and parents on campus. Please be mindful of your speed when driving in and around Korematsu. While crosswalks and safety measures are in place, kids can dart out without warning.

Spooktacular is coming up! This will be on 10/28 at 6:00pm. In addition to costumes and treats, PTO will be showing a family movie in the quad!
Save the date! The first annual Korematsu Jog-a-thon will be happening on 11/2! More information about this event and ways to get involved will be coming soon.
